CORPORATE ACTIONS

  • According to the Decision of Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX on May 10, 2019 and following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook, the shares of the company "SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A." (GRS201003019) are transferred to the Surveillance Category.
  • According to the decision 155/03.04.2019 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, 163,893 (CR) shares of the company "ELLAKTOR S.A." (GRS191213008) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus ten percent (-10%) of the closing price of the share on May 10, 2019.

CHANGES IN THE COMPOTITION OF ATHEX INDICES

Following the decisions of Listings and Market Operation Committee - Athens Stock Exchange of 10/05/2019 the following changes will be implemented in the composition of the indices, in line with index ground rules.

In detail,

  • FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index Plus

The shares of the company «SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «AVAX S.A.» with investability weight 42% and capping factor 1.0.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

  • ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company «SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «BYTE COMPUTER S.A.» with investability weight 32%.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Food & Beverage Index

The shares of the company «SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

  • ATHEX Alternative Market Index

The shares of the company «KRITON ARTOS S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

Also, following the recent changes in the shareholder's structure of the company «F.G. EUROPE S.A», the following changes will be implemented in the composition of the indices the shares of the company participate, in line with index ground rules.

In detail,

  • FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor Weight Index

The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELASTRON S.A.» with investability weight 62% and capping factor 1.0.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index Plus

The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELTON S.A.» with investability weight 30% and capping factor 1.0.

  • FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

  • ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ALPHA TRUST ΑNDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A.» with investability weight 49%.
