Announcement of change in voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

Athens, January 11, 2017 – Frigoglass SAIC (the “Company”) announces according to Law 3556/2007 that based on the notification received on January 9, 2017 by "Wellington Management Group LLP", the percentage of its voting rights in the Company decreased from 5.18% to 4.99% (corresponding to 2,523,902 shares and equal number of voting rights), following a disposal of voting rights held indirectly on January 3, 2017.
