TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 17th May 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 2,753 common  own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 21.22  and a total purchase price of Euro 58,405.35, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
