MLS Innovation Inc., based on Regulations (EU) 2016/1052 and 596/2014 announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 29, 2018)  and the Board of Director's resolution(dated August 23, 2018) purchased 1,450 own shares on Thursday December 6 , 2018 with average cost price 4.7610€ per share and total purchase value 6,903.50€ through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
