Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme announces that the First-Instance Judicial Council of Athens rejected the Company's appeals dated 05.12.2018 for the lifting of the prohibition of sale or disposal in any way of the Company's immovable property located in Agios Stefanos of Attica, Neo Psychiko, Koropi, Santorini and Glyfada. The prohibition of sale or disposal in any way of the aforementioned immovable property of the Company was imposed by virtue of two orders issued by the President of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority.

The Company reserves its right to take any further legal action for the lifting of the aforementioned prohibitions, upon signing the restructuring agreement it seeks to achieve with its creditors under the relevant provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and will revert with a newer announcement to the investing public.
