(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 par. 1 p(bb) and article 21) and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, General Manager Legal and Regulatory, according to his transaction notification towards the Company dated January 11, 2018, sold, on January 10, 2018, 117 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 111,658.00.
