Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

MYTILINEOS S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (article 3 par. 1 p(bb) and article 21) and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis, General Manager Legal and Regulatory, according to his notification towards the Company sold on March 15, 2018, 1,902 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 1,902,000.00.

On the same day Mr. Evangelos Chrisafis also bought 1,902 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 1,888,686.00.
