(the Company) announces pursuant to the article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that ALPHA BANK, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, non executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sell on May 14, 2019 16,924 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 292,447.36.
