INFORM undertakes the management of HERON Bills

INFORM has been awarded the management of Heron's customers' bills since March 1st, providing an integrated  service that starts from bill redesigning, to printing, enveloping, sorting and posting bills to recipient's address.

This  particular project is added to a number of new projects that INFORM has undertaken lately, while providing similar services to the country's three major telecom providers and the four systemic banks.

At the same time INFORM through CCM (Customer Communication Management) platform provides vertical solutions to an organization's communication management with its customers, creating a unique experience in customer communication.
