“SPACE HELLAS S.A. TELECOMMUNICATIONS, IT, SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SERVICES - PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE” hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (as in force) and following relevant notifications received on January 12^th, 2018, from the following shareholders, that as a result of OTC transfers (establishment of a Joint Investment Account) the following changes in their participation percentage and voting rights have been effected:   

Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos, son of Dimitrios, holded by January 10^th,2018 70,532 common registered voting shares of the company, namely 1.09% percentage of the total 6,456,530 common registered shares of the company.  On January 11^th, 2018, 916,995 common registered shares were transferred to a Joint Investment Account from the individual Investment Account of Mr. Dimitrios Manolopoulos son of Spyridon (father), i.e. a percentage of 14.20% of common registered shares with voting rights.  Moreover, on January 11^th, 2018, 125,000 common registered shares, i.e. a percentage of 1,93% of common registered shares with voting rights, were transferred from the individual Investment Account of Mrs. Evgenia Manolopoulou, daughter of Ioannis (mother), to a different  Joint Investment  Account.

In accordance with the abovementioned transfers to the Joint Investment Accounts, Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos, son of Dimitrios, now holds 1,112,527 common registered voting shares, i.e. a percentage of 17.23% of common registered shares with voting rights.  Mr. Spyridon Manolopoulos doesn't possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.

Mr. Ioannis Manolopoulos, son of Dimitrios, holded by January 11^th, 2018 928 common registered voting shares of the company, namely 0,014% percentage of the total 6,456,530 common registered shares of the company.  On January 12^th, 2018, 1,041,994 common registered shares were transferred to a Joint Investment Account from the individual Investment account of Mr. Dimitrios Manolopoulos, son of Spyridon (father), i.e. a percentage of 16.14% of common registered shares with voting rights.

In accordance with the abovementioned transfer to the Joint Investment Account, Mr. Ioannis Manolopoulos, son of Dimitrios, now holds 1,042,922 common registered voting shares, i.e. a percentage of 16.15% of common registered shares with voting rights.  Mr. Ioannis Manolopoulos doesn't possess any indirect voting rights or any kind of financial instruments.

It must be noted that the percentage of Mr. Dimitrios Manolopoulos, son of Spyridon, remains unchanged, i.e. percentage of 30.34%, as well as the percentage of Mrs. Evgenia Manolopoulou, remains unchanged, i.e. percentage of 1.93% of total 6,456,530 common shares of the company.
