Subject: Notification of significant change in shareholding pursuant to Law  3556/2007

Titan Cement Company S.A. (the “TITAN” ) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and after having received on August 23, 2019 the relevant notification of significant change in shareholding  rights  from the Belgian société anonyme Titan Cement International S.A. (“TCI”),   that after the completion  of the  squeeze out process  and the  compulsory acquisition by TCI   of the remaining common and preference shares issued by TITAN in accordance with article 27 of the Law 3461/2006, on August 23, 2019 the voting rights held by TCI  in TITAN reached 100%  from approximately 93% which were held on 18 July 2019
