TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 15^th  January 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 874 preference  own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 17.00 and a total purchase price of Euro 14,858.00, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution
