Financial Calendar

5 February 2021 - Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the Financial Calendar for 2021:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2020 results:                          Monday 29 March 2021
• Release of First Quarter 2021 results:                       Monday 24 May 2021
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders:                  Monday 31 May 2021
• Dividend beneficiaries - Record date (*):                   Monday 7 June 2021

Concerning the futures traded in the Athens Exchange derivatives market: if a dividend is declared, the ex-date (Friday 4 June 2021) is: a) before the expiration, on 18 June 2021 of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX (stock symbol: EXAE) is a component stock) and b) before the expiration, on 18 June 2021 of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security.

• Dividend payment date (*):                                         Friday 11 June 2021
• Release of Six Month 2021 results:                            Monday 26 July 2021
• Release of Nine Month 2021 results:                         Monday 29 November 2021

(*)        The distribution of dividend and the abovementioned relevant dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend declared for fiscal year 2020 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts to present the 2020 financial results will take place on Tuesday 30 March 2021.

The results for each period will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.athexgroup.gr).
