Financial Calendar

14 January 2019 - Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) announces the Financial Calendar for 2020:

• Release of Fiscal Year 2019 results:                          Monday 30 March 2020
• Release of First Quarter 2020 results:                       Monday 25 May 2020
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders:                  Friday 29 May 2020
• Dividend beneficiaries ? Record date (*):                   Friday 5 June 2020

Concerning the futures traded in the Athens Exchange derivatives market: if a dividend is declared, the ex-date (Thursday 4 June 2020) is: a) before the expiration, on 19 June 2020 of the future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which ATHEX (stock symbol: EXAE) is a component stock) and b) before the expiration, on 19 June 2020 of the future with the ATHEX share as the underlying security.

• Dividend payment date (*):                                         Thursday 11 June 2020
• Release of Six Month 2020 results:                            Monday 27 July 2020
• Release of Nine Month 2020 results:                         Monday 30 November 2020

(*)        The distribution of dividend and the abovementioned relevant dates are subject to approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

Any dividend declared for fiscal year 2019 will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.

The annual meeting with analysts to present the 2019 financial results will take place on Tuesday 31 March 2020.

The results for each period will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.athexgroup.gr).
