CORPORATE ACTIONS

The shares of the company "BRIQ PROPERTIES R.E.I.C." (GRS517003000) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 23,843,062 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €2.10 per share. The rights' trading period is set from November 28, 2019 to December 9, 2019, included. The rights' subscription period is set from November 28, 2019 to December 12, 2019, included. It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on November 25, 2019, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (22/11/2019):  €2.2400 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €2.1400.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "QUEST HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS310003009), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.04 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.14 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

According to the decisions 169/23.09.2019 & 169^Α/08.11.2019 of the Capital Market Commission, 421,272 (CR) shares of the company "IASO S.A." (GRS379233000) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus three percent (-3%) of the closing price of the share on November 22, 2019.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "IASO S.A." (GRS379233000) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the dividend €0.02 per share, resulting from past years' undistributed earnings. The above amount is subject to the tax imposed pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.018 per share)
