CORPORATE ACTIONS

The name of the company "INFORM P.LYKOS S.A. PROCESSING & DEVELOPMENT OF PRINTED INFORMATION SYSTEMS" (GRS208303008) on ATHEX changes to "INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A.".

According to the decision 175/09.01.2020 of the Capital Market Commission, 366,000 (CR) shares of the company "PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A." (GRS434003000) will be auctioned. The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus five percent (-5%) of the closing price of the share on January 22, 2020, and in any case, not less than €2.40 per share.
