(GRS096003009) start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by 18 executives of the company, at an issue price of €3.2226 per share. On January 31, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 52,004,961 (CR) shares.

The 22,153 new (CR) shares of the company "FORTHNET S.A." are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the conversion of 22,153 bonds, at a conversion price of €0.30 per bond. On January 31, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares (GRS406003004) amounts to 172.599.567 (CR) shares and the total number of the company's listed bonds (GRC406116ΑF5) amounts to 171,246,551 bonds, convertible to (CR) share.
