athexgroup.gr provides Atom 1.0 feeds for the following categories:

An additional feed for Financial Statements in PDF format is available to subscribers only. Please contact our Information Services department in order to obtain a subscription to this feed.

CORPORATE ACTIONS

The trading of the 9,764,743 own (CR) shares of the company "HELLENIC TELECOM. ORGANISATION" (GRS260333000) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On March 27, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 470.174.576 (CR) shares.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A." (GRS396003006), the shares of the latter are traded on ATHEX under the new par value of €0.28 (from €0.47) per share.

The trading of the 14,967,940 (CR) shares of the company "PASAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.A." (GRS497003004), (par value of €0,50 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 1,870,992 new (CR) shares (par value of €4.00 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with final par value of €0.50 per share - following the subsequent decrease in share par value - and with adjusted start share price of €0.7200  is set at April 1, 2020.
