CORPORATE ACTIONS

According to the Decision of the Listings & Market Operation Committee of ATHEX on June 26, 2020, following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook and the lift of the suspension of trading, the total number of the shares of the company ‘EPSILON NET S.A.' (GRS498003003) (old and new ones) are transferred to the Main Market of ATHEX, with new start price at €2.4000 per share.  There is no floor /ceiling trading limit for the first three days of trading.

The 14,967,936 new (CR) shares of the company "PASAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT S.A." (GRS497003012) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase through a rights issue. On July15, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 16,838,928 (CR) shares.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "FLOUR MILLS KEPENOS S.A." (GRS438003006) are traded on the Athens Exchange ex- dividend for the fiscal year 2019, amounting to €0.053 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.05035 per share).
