ANNOUNCEMENT

Avenir Leisure & Entertainment Informatics S.A. according to law 3556/2007, articles 3, (bb) and 21, combined with the provision of article 11 of the decree 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Thomas Achimastos Vice - President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Avenir S.A, liable person according to article 13 of law 3340/2005, proceeded on 28.09.2011 to the purchase of 18.000 shares of nominal value 2.060 euro.
