on 26/07/2011, 2.575 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 11.074,75 .

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Ms. Evangelia Valavani, under her capacity as Corporate Human Resources Manager.
