Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mr. Dimitrios Th. Papalexopoulos, CEO of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on15^th September 2011, 5,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 60,750.00 and on 16^th September 2011, 11,627 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 136,617.25.
