ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A., pursuant to the provisions of law 3556/2007 in conjunction with the provision of article 11 of decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, announces that the shareholder Mr. Constantinos Tzinieris, Managing Director of the Company (Person Obliged to Disclose the Information, article 13, L. 3340/2005), proceeded on 21/11/2011 to the sale of 1,000 common registered shares of the Company ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A., of a total net value of 1,120.00 euro.
