The company «ΜΕΤΑL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE (ΜΕΤΚΑ) S.A.»  (hereafter the «Company») announces that according to decision nr. K2- 10314/29.12.2011 of the deputy Minister of Development, Competitiveness & Shipping in the Athens Prefecture – East Sector, which was registered in the limited Companies' local Registry and in the Commerce and Tourism Section of the Ministry's Northern Athens Sector Regional Unit on the 29^th of December 2011, the merger through absorption of the 100% subsidiary RODAX S.A. by the Company was approved.
