Lift of suspension of the shares of the banks "ALPHA BANK S.A." and "EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A."

The Athens Exchange, following request from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, following the current announcements of the banks, decided to lift the suspension of trading of the shares of the banks "ALPHA BANK S.A." and "EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.", as well as all derivatives products including stock borrowing and lending products whose underlying include the shares of ALPHA BANK S.A. and EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. and the Exchange Traded Funds ALPHA ETF FTSE ATHEX 20, NBGAM ETF and the derivative products, based on the index FTASE20, FTBANK & Athex Composite Share Price Index.

The commencement of trading for the shares of the banks ALPHA BANK S.A. and EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A., as well as for the Exchange Traded Funds will be realised today 29/08/2011 at 14:30.

Before the beginning of trading at 14.30, a 15-minutes period of call auction will take place, when the auction for the opening price calculation will take place. Following this event, the trading of the shares will enter the trading phase along with the rest of the shares of the 'Big Capitalization' Category. The commencement of trading for the above derivatives will be realised today 29/08/2011 at 14:15.
