The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that, in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.6. of its Rulebook, the shares of the company VELL GROUP S.A., will be traded as of Tuesday, May 12th, 2009, in the Medium & Small Capitalisation Category, since at the trading session of May 11th, 2009 the closing price of the company's shares was above the limit of Euro 0.40.
