The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that, in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.6. of its Rulebook, the shares of the company "SPIDER METAL INDUSTRY N.PETSIOS & SONS S.A.", will be traded as of Wednesday, May 27th, 2009, in the Medium & Small Capitalisation Category, since at the trading session of May 26th, 2009 the closing price of the company?s shares was above the limit of euro 0.40.
