The company "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A." has submitted today to the Athens Exchange the decision of the Ministry of Economy approving the merger of the listed company "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A." with acquisition of the listed companies "FOLLI - FOLLIE S.A." and "ELMEC SPORT S.A.", which was recorded in the Register of Societes Anonymes on December 30th, 2010.

After consideration of the relevant request of the company "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A.", and according the ATHEX Rulebook, (article 5.3.8.2., par. 1a), the trading of the total number of listed shares of the latter company will be temporarily suspended, as of December 31st, 2010, to facilitate the exchange of shares, resulting from the merger, and for reasons of equal treatment of shareholders, until the date of registration of the new shares in securities' accounts of the beneficiaries.

As of the same date, December 31st, 2010, the trading of the Stock Lending products with underlying asset the share of "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A." will be temporarily suspended.

The date of admission to trading of the new shares on the Athens Exchange will be announced in due course.
