ATHENS EXCHANGE S.A.: Transfer of the shares of the AS COMPANY S.A. to the the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category

The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the company "AS COMPANY S.A." will be traded as of Monday, June 20th, 2011, under the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 7.2.5. of the ATHEX Rulebook, based on the fact that the average closing share price of the last three (3) consecutive trading sessions 15/6/2011 - 17/6/2011 was less than euro 0.30, without publishing an invitation for a General Meeting of Shareholders including as a subject the stocks reverse split.
