The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the company "IMPERIO ARGO GROUP S.A." will be traded as of Monday, March 14th, 2011, in the Medium & Small Capitalisation Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.6. of the ATHEX Rulebook based on the fact that the closing share price of the company?s shares at the trading session of March 11th, 2011, was above the limit of euro 0.40.
