The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the common and preferred registered shares of the company "INTERWOOD- XYLEMPORIA A.T.E.N.E." will be traded as of Thursday, December 2nd, 2010, under the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 3.1.2.4. of the ATHEX Rulebook, based on the fact that the average closing share price - of the common registered shares - of the last three (3) consecutive trading sessions 29/11/2010 - 01/12/2010 was less than Euro 0.30, without publishing an invitation for a General Meeting of Shareholders including as a subject the stocks reverse split.
