The Athens Exchange (ATHEX) announces that the shares of the company SHELMAN SWISSHELLENIC WOOD PROD. MANUF. S.A. will be traded as of Monday, January 10th, 2011, under the Low Dispersion & Specific Features Category. The above-mentioned decision was taken in implementation of paragraph 5.3.1.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook, based on the fact that after the end of the period of 45 days, starting from November 26th, 2010 (date of commencement of trading of the new shares of the company resulting from the share capital increase through a rights? issue), the free float of the company remains below 10%.
