The Hellenic Capital Market Commission, taking into consideration that the company "MAXIM PERTSINIDIS S.A." did not proceed to the appropriate actions during the given 5-day period, in order to cure the breach of rules mentioned in art.6, par.1 of Law 3556/2007, decided the continuance of the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the above company, according to art.17, par.1 of Law 3371/2005, until the company is able to conduct and publish the financial statements for the period ended on 30/09/2009.

The aforementioned continuance of suspension is deemed necessary for the protection of investors, based on the fact that the smooth of operation of the market is temporarily not assured.
