As regards the merger through acquisition of the listed company HELLENIC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BANK (ETBA BANK) by the acquiring company PIRAEUS BANK S.A., which was approved by the Decision K2-15289/16.12.2003 of the Minister of Development and was registered in the Record of Societe Anonymes (reg. number MAE K2-15289/15289/16.12.2003), which was submitted to the ATHEX on 17.12.2003, as of 17.12.2003, the trading of the shares of the acquired company HELLENIC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BANK (ETBA BANK) ceases.

As regards the replacement of the share of HELLENIC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BANK (ETBA BANK) in FTSE/ASE-20 Index, in which it participates, the ATHEX will shortly announce the time that the new changes will be in force.
