Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”) announces that Mr Efthimios Bouloutas has resigned from the position of Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank and its subsidiary companies. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Bouloutas for the services he offered to the Bank.

The Board of Directors unanimously elected as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd the until now Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr Christos Stylianides.
