Changes in the composition of the BoD -Constitution of the Board of Directors into a body

Further to the corporate announcement of T BANK S.A. (the “Bank”) of 21.07.2011, according to which Mr. George Hadjinicolaou, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, announced with a letter addressed to the Chairman of T Bank’s BoD his intention to withdraw from the Bank on 29.07.2011, in accordance with Law 3016/2002 on Corporate Governance, article 10 par. 1, of Law 3340/2005, as well as article 2 par. 2, item (e) of the decision no 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Bank announces that at the 29.07.2011 Board of Directors' Meeting, Mr Andreas Taprantzis was appointed Vice Chairman & Executive Director and Ms Efthimia (Efi) Deli was appointed Deputy Managing Director. 

Pursuant to the above resolution, the Bank’s Board of Directors was constituted into a body as at 29.07.2011. The composition of the Board of Directors is the following: 

• Kleanthis Papadopoulos, Chairman, non executive member
• Efthimia (Efi) Deli, Deputy Managing Director, executive member
• Andreas Taprantzis, Vice Chairman & Executive Director, executive member
• Spyros Pantelias , Non executive member      
• Konstantinos Vlachogiannis, Non executive member      
• Faidon Tamvakakis, Independent member
• Demetrios Goumas, Independent member
• Vasileios Dalakidis, Independent member
• Stavros Androutsopoulos, Independent member

Ms Efi Deli holds a Bsc from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an Msc from the London School of Economics (LSE) with honours. She has long experience in the financial and banking sector. In the past she has held executive positions in international consulting firms and Banks, specialised in Risk Management and Strategic Planning. She has held the position of Deputy General Manager, Financial Services & Operations in the TT Hellenic Postbank S.A. since 2008.
