Changes in the Composition of the FTSE/ATHEX INDEX SERIES



Following the decrease of the free float of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. » and according to the Ground Rules for the Management of the FTSE/ATHEX Index Series (par. 4.1.2) the shares of the above company will be deleted from all FTSE/ATHEX Indices.

In detail, the following changes will take place:

  • FTSE/ATHEX 20

    • The shares of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP S.A.» with investability weighting 50%.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - CySE Banking Index

    • The shares of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - International

    • The shares of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - Market Index

    • The shares of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX - Banking Index

    • The shares of the company «AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap

    • The shares of the company «FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.
  • FTSE/ATHEX Liquid Mid

    • The shares of the company «FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

All changes will take place before the start of business on Thursday July 14, 2011.
