SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces to investors that on December 31, 2011 expires the five year deadline for collecting FY 2005 dividend. After the above date, non collected dividends will be written off in favor of the Greek State, as provided by the law.

The payment of FY 2005 dividend takes place through the network EFG EUROBANK.
