Erasure of the shares of Connection S.A. (CR) from the ATHEX Indices.

Due to the classification of the shares of the company CONNECTION S.A. (CR) to ''under supervision'' status (Market C) and according to Regulation no 33 (05/11/1999) of the ATHEX BoD, the specific share is erased from every index it participates.

Specifically, the following change will take place: As of 31.01.2003 CONNECTION S.A. (CR) will be erased from the Indices: Parallel Market Price Index, Parallel Total Return Index, Wholesale Commerce Price Index.

There will be no instant substitution of that share in the above indices.
