Announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange

Expiration of the 2011 exercise period of the stock options offered to the company's management

SIDENOR S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the annual implementation of a share offer Programme to its management and personnel in the form of a Stock Option plan, as the Programme in question was initially approved by the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders for the purchase of its shares (the Plan), informs the investment community that the 2011 exercise period expired without any of the options holders, company's management, exercising their options.
