The offer of the 26,4% of the existing shares (18,781,020 shares) of the company HELLENIC EXCHANGES HOLDINGS S.A. to the investment public, will result to the increase of the weight of the share in the indices FTSE/ASE Mid 40 and FTSE/ASE 140 from 75% to 100%.

The new weight of the share will be valid after the end of the trading session of September 23 2003.
