S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the “Company”), notifies its shareholders that the five year period for the collection of the dividend for fiscal year 2005 expires on December 31st, 2011. After this date, dividends not collected by the entitled shareholders will lapse in favour of the Hellenic State, in accordance with the laws in effect.
