After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Athens Exchange decided the lift of the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company RAINBOW S.A., as of May 20th, 2009, as a subsequence of the recent announcements of the companies INFO-QUEST S.A. and RAINBOW S.A., also considering the fact that sufficient information has been provided to the investing public, regarding the acquisition of the shares of RAINBOW's main shareholder, Mr. George Vamialis, by the company INFO-QUEST S.A..

Furthermore, the Hellenic Capital Market Commission addresses the following remark towards the investing public:

"The attention of the investing public is drawn to the fact that the agreement has not yet been concluded and the offer of the company "INFO-QUEST S.A." towards the main shareholder of the company "RAINBOW S.A." remains non-binding. The investing public is advised to take into consideration all of the relative announcements published by the two aforementioned companies, while assessing its investment decisions".
