The company announces that on March 3, 2003 signed a deal with real estate firm LAMDA Olympia Village S.A. (a subsidiary of LAMDA Development Group) to construct parts of a village that will provide housing for journalists during the Athens 2004 Olympic games.

The project, budgeted at a total of ? 10,8 million, involves the construction of five separate buildings of a total area 14.000 sq.m.

The timetable for completion of the buildings is 12 months, while the contract includes and some additional adjustments after the Olympic games.
