Removal of the shares of Parnassos Enterprises S.A. from the 'under supervision' status and the shares of Vernicos Yachts Shipping & Holdings S.A. from the 'Low Production Activity' category
The ATHEX Board of Directors, on its session today approved the following:
A) To remove the shares of the company ''PARNASSOS ENTERPRISES S.A.'' from the "under supervision" status and place them, as of 27.11.2003, under normal trading status in the three-hour continuous trading, since the terms & conditions stipulated in Regulation No.64/29-3-2001 are met.
B) To remove the shares of the company ''VERNICOS YACHTS SHIPPING & HOLDING S.A.'' from the special category "Low production activity" and classify them, as of 27.11.2003, under normal trading status (in the three-hour continuous trading), in accordance with the ATHEX BoD Regulation No.96/2003.
