According to a letter of an ATHEX Member, the orders that were executed:

27/8/2003 Short selling of 71,280 shares of National Bank of Greece S.A.

27/8/2003 Short selling of 12,380 shares of Public Power Corporation.

28/8/2003 Short selling of 15,650 shares of Elliniki Technodomiki Tev S.A.

were considered as short sales by mistake, whereas they should be input as orders for ordinary single sale.

Capital Market Commission considers the matter.
