The President of the ATHEX BoD, Socrates Lazaridis, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the Companies INTERINVEST INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT S.A. and EUROLINE INVESTMENTS CLOSED & INVESTMENT COMPANY, as of January 18, 2011.

Noted that, the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 17.01.2011, in continuance to the relevant decision taken by of the companies' shareholders General Meeting, for the dissolution of the companies, appended their liquidation and assigned a supervisors for their liquidation.
