The President of the ATHEX BoD , taking into consideration the relevant Hellenic Capital Market Commission's request, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company ΒΕΤΑΝΕΤ S.A., as of March 31, 2009 and for a maximum space of ten (10) days, according to article 23 of Ν. 3556/2007 as the company is unable to conduct and publish on time the annual financial report for the Fiscal Year 2008.

The aforementioned suspension is deemed necessary for the protection of investors, based on the fact that the smooth of operation of the market is temporarily not assured.
