The President of the ATHEX BoD Mr. Spyros Capralos, taking into consideration the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, decided the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the Company "HITECH SNT S.A." as of today February 26, 2007.

The Hellenic Capital Market Commission noted that the Company "HITECH SNT S.A." has not informed the investing public for the possibility of a merger with the non-listed company LEADER SA.

The shares of the HITECH SNT S.A. will remain in a "suspension" trading status until the latter publish a formal announcement in order to inform the investing public on the possible impact of the companys operations.

It is noted that the shares of the Company "HITECH SNT S.A." are traded in the "Under Supervision" trading Status as of April 4, 2006.
