The President of the ATHEX Exchange, having considered, by the data that was put forward to him for the time being and the data that the company EFKLEIDIS S.A. has submitted, that there is uncertainty as regards the legal status of the shares of the company that were issued as a consequence of the absorption of the company ETEP S.A., decided, according to article no 11, par. 1 of the P.D. 350/1985 on grounds of protection of the investors and the smooth operation of the market, the temporary suspension of trading of the shares of the company EFKLEIDIS S.A. so as the investment public is fully informed for the existing situation.
